I am a Senior Yoga, Meditation and certified Trauma Sensitive Trauma Centre Facilitator. I work as a trauma informed embodiment practitioner, educator and coach. My own and clients experience with trauma, adversity and the subsequent processes of healing and integration have inspired my commitment to offer a practice that focuses on creating safe spaces for people to reclaim their bodies, innate wisdom and power.
